Senator Halford requested that the reconsideration on SENATE CS                
FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 482(FIN) An Act relating to                          
lobbying contracts of state-related entities and involving lobbying            
contracts of state-related entities and state procurement practices and        
procedures; and providing for an effective date be taken up at this            
time.                                                                          
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 482(FIN) was before                        
the Senate on reconsideration.                                                 
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
placed at the top of today's calendar.  Without objection, it was so           
ordered.
